Leadership hasn’t changed over time even though the events on earth have changed.  Leadership of one requires the same actions as leadership of many no matter when in history. 

Leadership needs to be seen in the context of your life and your leadership can make a difference, one way or another.

For those in a leadership position, those wanting to be in one and those who are in one and don’t recognise it (eg a parent) this night will bring knowledge, clarity and understanding of your role in life and how best to perform it.
